I'm so glad that I don't have sex. I think that is the first time I said that. My period is late by three days, and I'm freaking out, and it isn't like there is any reason to freak out. It's just one of those things that always happens the same way at the same time. I need consistency! I need to read EVERY night before I go to bed. I need to eat breakfast EVERY morning after I have coffee (never before). I need to shower first thing in the morning. Then moisturize my face, my body, blowdry my hair, put on mascara and THEN get dressed. I need to go to Curves in the afternoon and/or take a nap. I need to go to bed at a decent hour. If those things are missing who knows what kind of emotional meltdown will ensue.
