The other day at Curves on of the girls that work there was telling us about this article about just changing ONE thing in their life makes a dramatic difference. The one in particular was about a man who simply used the bathroom on another floor of his building (using the stairs) causing him to lose 15lbs in a year. So I am going to do that. Well not that specifically. I am going to walk as much as humanly possible. Work is only a mile away and the weather is getting better. I think that is a good start. Actually Curves was the first step.
On a postive note my old jeans are fitting a lot better. I can't wait to try on my summer stuff. I hope to notice even a bigger change then.
Their was a quote posted at Curves about making things happen, it said something about how it's not just talent and it's not just chance, you have to be ready for things to happen. And I feel like right now I'm putting my life on hold. I feel like if I can get my health, finances and living in shape than my life will just all fall into place. Until then I'm just not ready.
