Does worrying cause weight loss? Maybe I should look into it. I was all worried about my Curves measure date which was today. I was positive that I either didn't lose anything or GAINED. Argh. So I weighed myself there on Wednesday and I weighed 172. Same as last month. But then today, two days later I weighed 171. I think it was some kind of weird miracle. I also FINALLY got my % of body fat down with losing a pound of fat. I also lost another inch in my hips and a 1/2 inch in my thighs. But my chest is still an inch and a half larger than when I started. Aren't you supposed to lose weight in your boobs first? I guess I'm blessed. But that would mean that I am in fact a D cup. I can't get myself to buy a D cup bra. On my dad's side of the family the women's boobs get two sizes bigger when they get pregnant and stay a size bigger even after. Just call me Pamela Anderson.
Don't go see "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days." Unless you want to pay $10 just to see the gorgeous Matthew Mch(however you spell his name).
Highly disturbing yet decent book "Lucky" by Alice Sebold (same author of the fabulous book The Lovely Bones) is what I'm reading now.
