I lost one pound of body fat! I am so excited! I have done 7 Curves workouts and I have lost one pound of body fat. No dieting. Just working out twice a week, cutting out soda and drinking lots of water. For me this is amazing considering that I never lose weight I am however fortunate I never gain it either. I have been a size 13 since Sophmore year. The only time I lost weight was when I got really sick and dehydrated, didn't eat for a week then I lost ten pounds but I gained it RIGHT back.
I feel so inspired. I think dieting is so crazy. I don't expect to be a size 3. I just want to tone up. I'm fine with being a 13 as long as it is a toned 13.
