..rain on my parade
welcome to the real world

I think some things should remain private. If we were supposed to know everything then we would, wouldn't we? I was watching the Real World reunion yesterday, yes I admit I watch it every week, and it got me to thinking. Can you imagine how painful it would be to watch those episodes if you were a castmember? Can you imagine having to rewatch every little stupid thing you did and every mistake you made? In real life you get the priveledge of never having to live through it again. Once its over and done it's done. But the thing that I think would be the hardest would be hearing what people really thought about you. I would absolutely hate to know what people said behind my back. I can't imagine being Keri and listening to all the crap that Kyle said about her behind her back. She probably thought everything was fine between them and then to be slapped in the face by reality. That must have really hurt. Maybe it's better to live in a fantasy world where you think pretty much everyone likes you. Because it's not normally the good things we keep to ourselves, it's the bad stuff. And I'd rather not know.
