It started with an organizer, that matched with a comforter that I had to get the pillow too. Next thing you know I'm in the midst of a room redecoration. My last theme was TROPICAL PARADISE. I had hawaiian printed bedding, lots of leis, some of those tropical tyedyed sarongs and some fake hybiscus and tigerlily flowers.You'd have to see it to understand. Well then yesterday in the kids department at TJ MAXX (one of my favorite stores) I found a purple gingham Laura Ashley wall organizer. It's the type with all different pockets.I thought I could put my hair stuff, deodarent, body sprays etc in the pockets. Well then that inspired me to look in the bedding department where I found a Tommy bedspread clearanced. It's totally girly patchwork with pinks and purples and blues. It just so happened to have purple gingham. Then I found this adorable pillow with flowers appliqued on it and the vase is blue gingham. Isn't that some kind of sign. So I ended up spending a days tips and inheriting a big project. Last night I redid my mirror. I used to have a hula dancer and hibiscus flowers on there that I painted on it. It wouldn't do so I shellaced some pictures from a "Child's Garden of verses" all these classic paintings. I was up late and now my room is messy, but I'll have a totally girly room.Watch out Martha Stewart!
