Why can't you have your cake and eat it too? I finally have a guy who really cares about me and who I care about and then my friendship has to fall throught the cracks. Erin claims she is not upset which in other words means that she is pissed. Yesterday, I had to cancel my weekend plans with her (a hockey tournament) because working two jobs it is next to impossible to get off for a whole weekend. She claims that it is not a "big deal" which in other words means that she is extremly ticked. Then last night we had plans. Monday night is our night. Every Monday we either go out for dinner or I eat over at her house and then we hang out or run errands. Nothing to exciting but it gives us a chance to hang out. I love our Monday nights together. It's completly casual. She sends me an email at eight am to bail on me because she promised to make dinner for her family. But she always does that. I felt very slighted. But she just acts like it's no big deal. Her ditching me gave me a chance to get together with Jeremy but that wasn't the point. She keeps saying there is nothing wrong but I know there really is. So yesterday I bought her flowers and gave her an apology card. I just wish that she would come out and say, "Damn, Katie, I just can't stand the way you ______________ and your so _______________" I hate beating around the bush.
