Another rule that society has is that you can only have one best friend. Henceforth the name BEST friend. I've broken that rule by having two best friends. Jessica is the one I've known the longest but Erin is the one I like to hang out with the most. Jessica is basically the reason I became friends with Erin. She was good friends with her and encouraged me to do stuff with them and then later do things just with her. Jessica later learned that this was a mistake on her behalf. Once I became better friends with Erin I preferred doing stuff with her and this of course made Jessica jealous. It got to the point where I couldn't even tell her when I was doing stuff with Erin because she'd get so crabby towards me. Now it has hit the point that I am the only glue that is holding those two together. But then again if I had never came into the picture they would be dandy friends still today. I HATE the position I am stuck in. I have become the go between. Why did she do that? What does she think? Why is she such a _______? It sucks because I am the one who has to pick sides. I feel like what it must be like for children going through a divorce. I don't know how much more of this I can handle.
