When it rains it pours. That is a phrase that typically is used when lots of bad things happen. For me it is the exact opposite. Lots of good things are happening to me. Yesterday I got the job I had applied for as a hostess/waitress at a family restaurant.(I already work at a gas station but I'm looking for extra money, aren't we all?) Then today I got a 97% on my math test. I must explain that I am the worst math student. I think that when they made me, they left out the part of my brain that understands anything to do with algebra. I have to get a C+ in this Quantitative Reasoning class or I won't graduate in May with my associates degree. But then today I got a 97%, that has never happened to me before. I've failed classes in the past. It's an amazing relief to for once know what you are doing.

Today I went and bought my sexy uniform for my new job. Okay, it's really no sexy. I get to wear black pants and a white turtleneck. On the bright side I got to pick them out myself so that means no elastic waistband or polyester. They provide the apron. Yippy!
